Altri servizi usati

DASH (Deadlines, Approvals and Signals Hub) is an app by TMAC S.r.l.s. It reads the mail, calendar, Microsoft To Do
tasks and, if you choose, Microsoft Teams of your Microsoft 365 account, and shows you what is overdue,
what is waiting for your reply and what you are waiting for from others.
In short
TMAC runs no DASH servers and does not receive your data: the app talks directly
to Microsoft and to the services listed below.

Artificial intelligence is optional and stays off until you turn it on.

and are deleted when you sign out.
Artificial intelligence (optional)
If you turn AI on, to summarise signals and prepare meetings DASH sends the subject and an excerpt of at most
2,000 characters of the relevant messages to the service you chose:
Microsoft 365 Copilot, inside your Microsoft 365, under your Microsoft agreement;
Anthropic (Claude), with the API key you enter, under Anthropic's commercial terms; Anthropic does
not use data received through the API to train its models.
You can turn AI off at any time in the settings.
Other services
Microsoft Graph (Microsoft Corporation): reading your account data and syncing to OneDrive.
Open-Meteo: weather forecast and city search; it only receives coordinates or the city name.
ipwho.is and, as a fallback, BigDataCloud: only if you choose "automatic" weather,
to estimate your city from your IP address. DASH does not use the device's GPS.
These services may be located outside the European Union; any transfer relies on the safeguards of the GDPR
(adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
Legal basis and retention
Data is processed to provide the service you requested by installing and connecting the app (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
and, for AI and automatic weather, based on your choice to turn them on. It stays on the device while you use DASH and
is deleted when you uninstall the app (on Windows and Mac also by deleting the DASH data folder); signing out deletes the access tokens. You can delete the file in your OneDrive Apps/DASH folder at any time.
Children
DASH is a work tool and is not intended for children under 16.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with

authority. For any request write to dash.privacy [at] tmac.it. You can also revoke the
permissions granted to DASH at any time at myapps.microsoft.com or through your
Microsoft 365 administrator.

Intelligence artificielle (facultative)

Microsoft 365 Copilot, au sein de votre Microsoft 365, selon les conditions de votre contrat Microsoft ;

vorzubereiten:
Microsoft 365 Copilot – innerhalb Ihres Microsoft 365, zu den Bedingungen Ihres Microsoft-Vertrags;
